Detector & nbsp; Bosch & nbsp; ISCBDL2WP12G uses dual technology, passive infrared and microwave, with advanced PIR signal processing .

This volumetric sensor, thanks to the pet friendly system, recognizes the presence of the intruder by triggering the alarm, avoiding, however, false alarms in the presence of small animals (up to 45 kg). This function can be activated or deactivated by the installer, depending on the situation to be protected.
The FSP (First Step Processing) technology of the ISC-BDL2 sensor allows almost instantly to recognize unwanted subjects, not precluding immunity to false alarms.

This technology allows to establish a different sensitivity of the detector according to the amplitude, slope polarity and signal synchronization and therefore it is not necessary to set it, facilitating installation and reliability.
The adaptive processing of microwaves to noise also allows adaptation to background noise, avoiding false alarms, but still allowing the sensor to detect the presence of any intruders.

Furthermore, as the sensor is able to self-regulate its sensitivity, it is able to recognize the intruder at any temperature.
Thanks to the improvement of the anti-scratch zone and a coverage radius of 12x12 m, this sensor provides coverage at 180 °.

The optics and electronics are assembled on the front of the housing and sealed with a protective cover to prevent possible damage during installation. The sealed optical chamber also protects the detector from insects and drafts.

The assembly can take place on a flat wall (surface, semi-recessed) with mounting bracket, or at an angle (joining two perpendicular walls), or finally on the ceiling with a special bracket.
